'My patient brings the knife she intended to stab herself with into group therapy'

I work in a specialist mental health service. Every Monday, I worry my vulnerable patients will have died over the weekend

Monday morning is a worrying time as I wonder if anyone has died over the weekend. I work in a specialist mental health service for people who cope in ways that hurt them, have difficulties with relationships and often feel suicidal.
